Two week look ahead
Click any square to load or edit the activity for that job and day. Every job the tracker still shows as active is on the board, including the ones that have not started yet — those carry an amber marker. Use the filter to narrow to what is running now. Work on change order scope carries a mark on the square - green once the change order is approved, red while it is still unsigned. Anything that needs QC turns purple and carries a QC mark, and QA is told the next morning. A square with a drawing, spec or change order scope attached carries a file mark - open the square to read it, and use the Files button on the Jobs tab for anything the whole job needs.
Crew load
A red square means that crew is planned on more than one job that day. The same check runs every morning at 9:25 and raises a signal on the cockpit.
Open jobs
Budget, spend and the attention reasons come straight from the spine — the same numbers the cockpit and the Expense Tracker show. Nothing is recalculated here. A job that is awarded and mobilizing before the tracker has it can be added with the button above; put its real number in and it merges with the tracker on its own the day the job is created there.
Crews
The roster was built from Mariangel's daily schedule over the last 120 days and matched to the driver names on the Verizon feed. Turn a crew off here and it stops appearing on the board.
Activities
These are the activities a crew can be scheduled on. Type a name, pick the category and the unit, and it is on the board for everyone the moment you save - nothing has to be redeployed. The code is made from the name if you leave it blank. Pour activities are the ones that tell the QA app a pour is coming; turning one off hides it from the dropdown without touching the work already scheduled on it.
